The book "I Break. You Break. We Break. They Broke" tells the story of the people's unity on the path to May 4th. About the unity with which we defeated the Soviet regime and liberated ourselves. In the life of the Latvian state, the second generation of free people born in a free country has emerged, for whom freedom is a natural state. IT MUST BE PROTECTED and DEFENDED at a time when Russia, through military aggression, seeks to restore the collapsed empire. The system of international law and security, which countries agreed upon after World War II, has been shaken. It is a dramatic turn for Europe, especially Eastern Europe, Northern Europe, and the Baltic states. I believe that, just like 35 years ago, we will stand united to protect our country in these turbulent times.
