You are already familiar with the captain of the spaceship, Andrey Bruce. The brave space pilot was portrayed by actor Sergey Zhigunov in the film "Dungeon of the Witches." The story on which this film was based is the second in the series of tales about Andrey Bruce.

This book is a kind of adaptation of the first story about Bruce's adventures - "Agent KF."
In it, Andrey's workplace became the backward planet Pe-U on the outskirts of the Galaxy. Due to the severe shock Bruce experienced during an accident in space, he was forced to leave the command bridge of the starship. He had to become an agent of the ground service of the Cosmo Fleet on a planet rarely visited by scheduled ships. Andrey hoped that here nothing would remind him of his lost job and he would forget that he couldn't return to the stars. The arrival and departure of scheduled ships, cargo processing, and care for the crews - these are the everyday concerns of the Cosmo Fleet agent.
But whether it's Andrey's character or his fate, he finds himself once again involved in a series of dangerous events. Survival and victory will be aided by his almost forgotten skills as an experienced space pilot.
