Cotton transformer dress

The dress fits well for both S and M sizes. For a size 3 bust, the neckline will be very revealing, so a button might need to be sewn on. The sleeves have elastic bands, allowing them to be raised to the elbow like bell sleeves. Worn twice, it's a bit tight in the bust area.
