Taustiņu vāciņa materiāls – PBT (polibutilēna tereftalāts). PBT materiālam ir augsta ķīmiskā izturība, paaugstināta cietība un nodilumizturība.
Ražošanas tehnoloģija – Double-Shot (dubultliešana). Vāciņš sastāv no 2 atsevišķām plastmasas veidnēm. Augstas temperatūras un spiediena ietekmē tiek savienotas plastmasas veidnes. Izmantojot dubulto moldingu, rakstzīmes uz taustiņu vāciņiem netiks izdzēstas pat ilgstošas intensīvas lietošanas gadījumā.

Ieeļļoti stabilizatori
Klaviatūras salikšanas laikā uz konveijera stabilizatori iziet ērtas vaksācijas procesu. Ieeļļotie stabilizatori nodrošina taustāmi patīkamu taustiņu kustības saķeri un patīkamu skaņu.

PCB stiprinājuma konstrukcija
Stabilizatori tiek piestiprināti pie iespiedshēmas plates (PCB). Šis stiprinājuma veids ievērojami samazina mehāniskās vibrācijas un audio rezonansi. PCB stiprinājuma tips ir standarts pēc pasūtījuma izgatavotām tastatūrām. Saderība ar šo standartu nodrošina plašu iespēju klāstu turpmākiem tastatūras jauninājumiem.

HotSwap tehnoloģija

G3ms Sapphire optical switches
G3ms switches are the first switches developed by the Dark Project engineering team. The improved mechanical design has a smaller contact area between the stem (moving part) and the housing, thus reducing the friction area. G3ms Sapphire is lubricated during the manufacturing process.

16.8 million RGB colors
Fully bright RGB backlighting with a wide adjustable range. A separate diode under each key provides directional light beam, intensity, and regulated brightness in Dark Project software. RGB backlighting supports control via shortcut keys.

Keycap material – PBT (polybutylene terephthalate). PBT material has high chemical resistance, increased hardness, and wear resistance.
Manufacturing technology – Double-Shot molding. The cap consists of 2 separate plastic molds. Under the influence of high temperature and pressure, the plastic molds are joined. Using double molding, characters on the keycaps will not be erased even with prolonged intensive use.

Lubricated stabilizers
During keyboard assembly on the conveyor, the stabilizers undergo a convenient waxing process. Lubricated stabilizers ensure a tactilely pleasant key movement grip and pleasant sound.

PCB mounting construction
Stabilizers are attached to the printed circuit board (PCB). This mounting type significantly reduces mechanical vibrations and audio resonance. PCB mounting type is standard for custom-made keyboards. Compatibility with this standard provides a wide range of possibilities for further keyboard upgrades.

HotSwap technology
Allows changing switches without disassembling the keyboard and without using a soldering iron. Switch replacement expands excellent possibilities for keyboard customization and significantly increases its maintenance.
