Prison Island 60130 Lego set from 2016, missing the police boat, replaced with a similar inflatable police boat from another Lego city set Hovercraft Arrest 60071. The instructions are also not in very good condition, but everything can be understood and assembled. The bricks and minifigures (one thief has a slightly different torso) are in good condition!
