A new floor was installed in the apartment, but it was immediately removed because the buyer wants a different parquet. The total usable area is about 45m^2, total area is about 55m^2 (with cuttings). New from the store starts at around 13 euros per m^2. Must buy all at once, cannot buy just a part.
