Harness and leash for medium-sized dogs

Sturdy, high quality, with metal carabiners. New, never used. Length without stretching and not counting the carabiners: 108 cm. I bought it for a cat weighing 7 kg, but I think it's too big and bulky for a cat with such a small girth. More suitable for a small dog. The circumference is easily adjustable.
