Urgently selling a pull-out sofa with a laundry storage compartment. It was left by previous owners, and a full chemical cleaning was done a year ago. Very comfortable for both relaxation and sleep.

The sofa is not worn out or sagged, internally in very good condition, but superficially (on the side part) the fabric is torn and frayed in places (corners). If the fabric is reupholstered, it will be in perfect condition.

Chemical cleaning was done about half a year ago. Corners are not changeable. The sofa is located in Riga, near Akropole Riga.
