Singapore orchid

I inherited this brochure, which can also be used as a pendant. According to the information available on internet resources, it is called the Singapore orchid and is quite valuable (see info I found in the last 2 photos). It is stated that it is handmade and coated with gold and enamel. I assume it might be gilded, but I can't find the hallmark. Therefore, it is difficult to determine its value.
