Winter warm extended coat

Very high-quality, warm winter jacket... The item is new (I already have several jackets from this brand - they have delighted me over the years... I ordered for myself, but this one is too narrow in the shoulders). The label indicates size 48 (a manufacturer's size chart is attached, but I would say this variant would fit M/L/40 size...) measured across: from one armpit to the other 55-56cm, shoulders 41.5-42cm... If the chest circumference is 100cm, then I can immediately say - it won't fit, it'll be too tight... up to 96cm would be good!
