Review: I don't remember how fast it charges, but it shaves adequately for a mini razor like any electric shaver. The charge lasted for at least 2 uses. (I don't know more, as it was used only twice). Of course, you need to go over the face several times; it's not a fancy Braun or Phillips that cuts everything in one stroke. It's a travel device after all.
