Finely ground smoky quartz, practically morion. Silver coated with an anti-allergic coating. Green sapphires in the corners. The diameter of the ring is 17.5 mm, but due to the placement of the crystal, it is 15.5-16 mm.
The large crystal is a relatively dark smoky quartz, which is why I describe it as almost morion. The edges are set with green garnets (tsavorites), which, from a lithotherapy perspective, reduce joint pain and normalize blood pressure.
The silver is coated with rhodium, which will slowly wear off if you wear it a lot and for a long time (some rings that are worn very often lose some of the rhodium at the joint (i.e., at the joint, on the inside).
