Brasche, Gustav, 1802-1883
Gustav Wilhelm Siegmund Brasche (German: Gustav Wilhelm Siegmund Brasche), also Braže, was a German-Latvian
linguist, theologian, writer, Lutheran pastor, and book distributor.
After graduating from the University of Tartu, he was a pastor in Nīca and Bārte for a long time. He established the first school in Nīca.
