Good winter boots, bought in Sweden, worn one winter. Feet were warm and dry, at least in last winter's (2024/2025) weather. Inside foot 13,4cm according to the table, but definitely better on a smaller foot, we pulled ourselves on about 12,5cm with a sock. The gluten sticks very well.
