Tommy Jeans sneakers with thick soles

Super stylish shoes with thick soles. Size 38. I just bought them a few days ago, but unfortunately they don't fit. They're too big—the heel slips. They're uncomfortable. I wore them once to work. I've hardly walked in them. From home to the car, from the car to work, 3 steps. Work at the computer. Really like new. I'm very sorry that they don't fit, but obviously this model isn't for me, because size 37 seemed too small. Purchased at the Danija store.
