The author says about the book: "I was driven forward by stories, humanity, photography, ideas about materials that could be used as backgrounds for portraits, and I started calling it PERSPECTIVE. Initially, I gave everyone who experienced the painting process one task—to share one of the lessons they had learned in life. I will begin the book with a few portraits and answers from the beginning of PERSPECTIVE. The portraits that will accompany you further in the book will begin with a short story about the transformation that this project has undergone.
This experience has transformed me, and at times it seems that I am not leading this project, but rather it is leading me. This book is just a stopping point that allows me to look back for a moment at everything that has happened, feel immense gratitude, take a deep breath, smile, and move on.
