Worn a little, because they start to pinch after walking for a long time. It says they are size 39, but they will definitely fit a size 38. The fabric is stained because I walked on a lawn that had been freshly mowed and got a little dirty. It may be possible to clean them, but they are too small for me, so I'm not going to bother.
