Manufacturer: Riga Porcelain Factory (RPR).
Form: "Riga" (author Levon Agadzhanyan). Thin-walled porcelain with fine vertical relief.
Stamp: Red RPR stamp (1st grade), produced in the mid/second half of the 1980s.
Decal: "Sakura" (pink flower motif with gold outlines and edging).
