The son has grown up and is now ready to part with his collection.

One small piece has been replaced with another color of the same size (cherry red on light gray, so it doesn't stand out from the overall look, the son carefully chose it to be beautiful 🙂). Other parts checked according to the list in the instructions. Marked with a pencil there.

Missing one round piece that goes in the person's hand. Won't interfere with assembling the entire set.
