Lavender essential oil is widely known for its relaxing and calming properties! It is also used in cosmetology, as lavender can reduce skin imperfections and soothe skin irritation. Usage:
- Spray to promote a calm atmosphere before bedtime.
- Apply a few drops of lavender oil to the soles of the feet to promote peaceful and relaxed feelings.
- Apply one drop to the skin to soothe skin irritation.
Add to bath water (mixed with a base oil) to relieve worries or apply to the temples and back of the neck.
- Drip a few drops of lavender on pillows, bed linen, or apply to the soles of the feet to promote relaxation.

Instructions for use:
- For aroma: use three or four drops in a diffuser of your choice.
- External: For massage, mix 5 drops with 10 ml of base oil. For bath, mix 5 drops with 5 ml of base oil. For fragrance, mix 1 drop with 10 drops of base oil.

May cause skin sensitivity. Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or under medical supervision, consult your doctor. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
