Overall in excellent condition - the fabric has no defects, no holes or abrasions. The down is fluffy, nothing has clumped. But the color has worn off the snap buttons and it needs washing/cleaning - hasn't been cleaned after winter :( hence dirty along the sleeves, collar. I think regular household soap will clean it, nothing special.
