These shortbread cookies are 100% handmade, where each half of the cookie is filled and baked in its mold, then joined together with rich condensed milk caramel. Made using, of course - sweet cream butter.😇

The weight of "Vitrungu riekstiņi" is approximately 27-30g, the filling is approximately 50-60%. Perhaps these are the largest nuts on the market - and also the tastiest.🤤
