Grinch costume for a child (~1.5 years)

Worn once for a few hours. Like new, without defects or stains. The label indicates size 90cm, but I would say it would rather fit a child around 80cm in height. Picture with a measuring tape to understand the actual size (~68cm from shoulder to bottom of the leg).
