Marked as size 40, but they are loose, so they more likely fit size 40.5-41, or they fit size 40 with thicker socks if you want extra warmth.

I don't reserve, it's for the one who buys first. The boots are very comfortable, with a platform in the front of 2.5 cm, heel height 9 cm (but you don't feel it, because actually due to the platform it's 2.5 cm lower).
