Size: M, but will also fit L, as the model is stretchy. I wear size 38 and M is slightly too big, not fitting everywhere. It would better fit someone who wears size 40. These leggings are the warmest and thickest of the three Heattech models, not see-through, and can be worn alone with a longer shirt or sweater. Very soft, gentle, and pleasant material. Stretches well.
