Dark blue dress for celebrations and everyday wear

Classic dress with ruffled sleeves. Classic cut, half-length sleeves, size XS or 34. The material is pleasant, thin, yet firm and holds its shape well. I bought the dress here, would love to keep it, but unfortunately, it's a bit too small, so I'm passing it on. In perfect condition, the previous owner has worn it only a couple of times.
