Beautiful long festive dress

Worn once, bought in Riga, was told when purchasing that there are only 2 such dresses in Latvia. It says size 40 on it, but definitely corresponds to size 38. I will measure what needs to be measured. There are two seemingly small (in my opinion) flaws: 1. Below the ribbon (around the waist) in one place the fabric was slightly pulled by flowers, but if not mentioned, you wouldn't even know. 2. Just above the pink fabric, where the white starts, the pink color has slightly smeared upwards because I cleaned the white part a bit. At the dry cleaners, when I inquired, they told me it would come out.
