A large vintage porcelain figurine of a capercaillie/grouse in a display pose is for sale.
Manufactured by: Royal Dux, Czechoslovakia, 1950-60s.
Original Royal Dux mark (pink triangle), mold number 300 / 35.
The figurine is made of porcelain with artistic multicolored glaze. Very expressive dynamics, detailed depiction of feathers and tail. A classic example of Bohemian animalistic porcelain from the mid-20th century.
