The book "Cockroaches in My Head" depicts scenes from the daily lives of women - young and even younger, pretty and even prettier, virtuous and even more virtuous - in entertaining, easy-to-read stories.

These women have something in common: their lives are dominated by cockroaches, or rather, survival strategies that emerged during some crisis, helped them get out of it, but then stuck in their minds for good. And when the cockroaches feast, the women face troubles.

The author of the book, Zane Zusta, and psychotherapist Diāna Zande help readers catch and at least start training the cockroaches. The illustrations and cover drawing of the book are by artist Līva Ozola. The book is hardcover.
