Zara flowing dress/tunic

The bottom of the dress/tunic is stretchy, fitted cotton, with a flowing material on top, so the dress will mask the waist area! Waist with elastic! The elastic is visible from the front, not from the back, and the dress sleeves are freely falling. It is possible to add a belt to the dress (I once had a gold belt, which unfortunately lost its color, but in the picture, you can see how it would look with a belt).
