Tupperware Servofix is a versatile container with a colander for steaming, maintaining heat, serving, and defrosting.

Cook potatoes/fish/sausages by adding ingredients, pouring boiling water, and closing the lid (let stand for 10–30 minutes). (Do not place the container on the sink, as metal conducts heat.)

The container can also keep food warm/cold and drain liquid, such as from defrosted berries.

Steaming cooking: Place ingredients in the inner colander insert. Pour boiling water into the outer container, insert the colander, and place the lid.

Serving/picnic: Perfect for serving food that needs to be kept warm or cold. If you leave the lid in place, it becomes somewhat similar to a thermos.

Defrosting/rinsing: Perfect for rinsing vegetables or defrosting meat/shrimp, where the liquid drains.

Important to remember:
Do not use Servofix directly on the stove or in the oven.
