There are minor defects that do not interfere with wearing. "Hairs" at the toe or areas close to the ground tend to crumple, but they can be smoothed out with a toothbrush and water. Around the sole, the hairs have come off in approximately a 3mm band, but it's very hard to notice from the side. One shoe has a small tear in the upper layer of the sole. A couple of small dents on the sides of the heels, which are also hard to notice.
