Both fit 130cm in the chest, maybe even a little more. Both are from Shein, but they are not for me. I am 182cm tall, so these don't fit. Both will suit someone of shorter stature. The black one is not a dress for me, but a tunic. Length 100cm. The second patterned blouse is too short for me. On a height of 170 cm, the blouse already has a very nice length.
