Nike thick sole shoes🩷

Nike leisure shoes, size indicated 39. Purchased last year. Worn only a couple of times, but they seemed too small for the foot, or still can't get used to the shoes. Personally, I am 39/40, lately 40. Since the indicated size is 39, in my opinion, they will fit perfectly if the foot size ranges from 38-39. *There is a small and barely visible defect (a small hole at the heel of the right foot, rubbed from the foot) photo pm*
