Charlie crane crib with original accessories - mattress, sheet, canopy stand, and hanging birds. We bought the crib with the sheet at a sale, and purchased the rest ourselves, previously used by two children and still everything is great, but before the second was born, while transporting the crib home, the frame got scratched, as seen in the 3rd picture.
