Latvian Soviet Encyclopedia set, 10 volumes

The Latvian Soviet Encyclopedia is an encyclopedic publication in ten volumes with two supplementary volumes. The encyclopedia contains approximately 60,000 entries, 20,000 color and black-and-white illustrations, and more than 600 maps. The encyclopedia covers all fields of knowledge that existed at the time. It was published in ten volumes between 1981 and 1988.
