Dress tailored to order

There won't be another dress like this because it's sewn by a seamstress. Size 38, or a small 40. The bottom has lining, thick satin, and tulle on top. I am 1.70m tall + 10 cm heels were worn. While walking in heels, I stepped on the tulle, and the bottom has small holes, which are not noticeable. If a shorter girl cuts the dress, everything will be perfect. The dress is bluish-gray.
